Stroboscopic Photography

I grabbed and flipped pages to find its article. It is about how to make a mechanical strobe with a toy motor and a disk paper that could capture multiple images on a single image – Stroboscopic Photography. I thought to give it a go and see if I like it. I made:
I was excited meanwhile I set up the black backdrop and lights afterward. I tested taking photos:
Using the electronic flash is another technical method to make the stroboscope as well that I learned from my father. My father is also the professional photographer and he is expert in lightning and flashing strobe. Anyway, I took photos with electronic flashes:
I really like the electronic flash method because it captured nice sharpness images. The mechanic with the strobe disk is still good resource though. I can either use those methods for projects in the future. Playing with stroboscopic photography inspired me to develop ideas for a portrait project….stay tuned!
